We have been formulating and milling feed since 1998. That experience is available to other people’s brands and other people’s research — whether you want a feed produced under your own label, or a one-off batch made to a protocol for a trial.

Because we run our own NOZO range, we are not only a contract producer. We know what works in a Malaysian farm setting, and we will say so if a formulation is likely to give you trouble.

Two ways to work with us

From a single trial batch to ongoing production

Most mills will only take orders at commercial volume. We run both ends — which is why research institutions and feed brands end up in the same production schedule.

Commercial production

We produce your feed to your formulation, or develop one with you. Suited to feed brands, distributors and integrators who would rather not run a mill of their own.

Research & trial batches

Small runs for feeding trials, postgraduate projects and institutional research. If your protocol calls for a specific formulation in a quantity no commercial mill will entertain, talk to us — we do this regularly for universities and government agencies.

Tell us what you need

Species, production stage, target specification and rough volume. If you already have a formulation, send it. If you do not, we will work one up with you.

Formulation and costing

We confirm the formulation against current raw material availability and come back with a price per tonne and a minimum batch size.

Trial batch

A small run first, so you can check pellet quality, intake and performance before committing to volume.

Production and delivery

Scheduled production at Nilai, bagged plain or under your own label, delivered across Peninsular Malaysia or collected from the mill.

Repeat runs

Once a formulation is settled it stays on file, so repeat orders are straightforward. For a one-off trial, this step simply does not apply.
